Compliance

We align with globally recognized standards to ensure robust data protection and information security:

• ✅ Alibaba Cloud SOC 2 Type II Certified Our infrastructure runs on Alibaba Cloud, which has achieved SOC 2 Type II certification for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

• 🛠️ ISO/IEC 27001 & 27701 (In Progress) We are actively pursuing ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management) certifications. Audit completion is expected by Dec 2025, further validating our commitment to global best practices.

Organizational Security

• Incident response plan maintained and tested A formal incident response plan is documented, regularly updated, and tested annually through tabletop exercises.

• Secure onboarding and offboarding procedures Employees and contractors go through standardized onboarding and offboarding processes that include access provisioning and revocation.

• Acceptable use policy enforced All users must acknowledge and comply with the acceptable use policy governing the use of company IT resources.

• Remote work security controls implemented Secure remote access is provided via encrypted connections, multi-factor authentication, and endpoint protection requirements.

• Business continuity planning in place The company maintains a business continuity plan aligned with Industry Standard Principles, including regular impact assessments and recovery strategy reviews.

• User consent mechanisms for data processing Where applicable, users are presented with clear consent options for data collection and AI processing in accordance with privacy regulations.

Data Protection

• End-to-end encryption for high-sensitivity data Highly sensitive data, such as authentication credentials and personal identifiers, is encrypted both in transit and at rest using strong cryptographic standards.

• Access to personal data logged and audited All access to personal data is logged, monitored, and subject to periodic audit reviews to detect unauthorized activity.

• Right to erasure supported Processes are in place to honor user requests for data deletion in accordance with applicable privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.

• Data breach notification procedure defined In the event of a personal data breach, the company will assess the risk and notify affected individuals and regulators within legally required timeframes.

• Data subject request (DSR) portal available Customers can submit data access, correction, and deletion requests through an open channel, processed within SLA timelines.
